The Problem

Harness in white goods products is expensive, unreliable and hard to maintain.

The Solution

Architecture consisting of Yamar's DC-BUS devices communicating over the 24V DC wires  starching between white goods internal modules, save many control wires and increase products reliability. The DC-BUS semiconductors transfer commands to activate loads and read sensors over the power lines.

The DC-BUS devices can eliminate most of the White goods harness by communicating over the DC supply power lines, eliminating many costly and unreliable wires used for sensors and actuators.   Yamar proveds unique family of transceivers that uses the 24V DC lines to both power network communication between white goods modules, eliminating existing control wires.

 Yamar’s new generation of semiconductors devices use the DC power lines as physical layer (DC-BUS) to data transfer UART, SPI, I2C, CAN protocols at bit rates up to 1.4Mbps, enabling sensors monitoring and activate loads without need for extra wires.

Air-conditioner network over power line

Air-conditioner has external unit feeding one or more in house units.

AC power line and a twisted pair data cable electrically connect between these units.

Using the DC-BUS over the AC power line eliminates the need of dedicated data lines. It simplify the installation and eliminate many o the communication errors generated due to environment noise.
